Setting: Family devotions on the couch in front of the big windows. Ben is about to read our next chapter in the Big Picture Story Bible. The chapter is how Jesus made the blind man see.
Ben: Rachel, we're going to read about how God made the blind man see. Do you know what it means when someone is blind?
Rachel: Ummm, yes.
She turns around and points to the window.
Rachel: These are blinds.
Ben and I try to not laugh and then explain what it means to be blind.
