3 Year Old Perspective

Scene: I walk into the kitchen and hear a buzzing sound. I start to walk around the kitchen and put my ear next to the windows, the fridge....random places to find the source of the buzzing.

Rachel: What are you doing, Mommy?

Me: I'm trying to find out where the buzzing is coming from.

Rachel: Oh, I know where it is.

Me: You do?

Rachel: Yeah, it's in my ear.

Me: Oh.

I did find that it was not in Rachel's ear, but rather the source of the buzzing was the kitchen lights.
