Beltway Blizzard Round #2 (2:00 PM)
I feel like we moved to Canada. Current estimates for this snow fall are for 20-30 inches...let's see how correctly they guess this one.
The snow started around 10:30 AM, but the temperature wasn't quite low enough for the snow to start accumulating. We'll see how the 3 and 1/2 hours of snow fall without accumulations will affect the totals.
