Apparently, ever girl needs a ballerina skirt and high heels.....starting at the age two....at least according to Grandma and Aunt Kelly! Rachel could barely walk in the shoes! She gave a valiant effort and then she just patted them, considered them pretty, and then set them off to the side. I guess she already understands that we girls have to limit our time in heels and work them into our wardrobe only for special occasions.
And this is the last birthday picture.....I promise. I just like the picture since it kinda captures Rachel's response to opening presents. She was very excited when she started unwrapping....letting out a little "ooh". I mean, she's pretty chill and low key, so little "oohs" and "ahs" from her are cute in our book;-)
