We've started to learn with Rachel that we need to lay the groundwork with her before we try most things with her. So, we're thinking that maybe by the end of the winter or next year, she'll be ready to go out on the ice. 
We both got a kick out of this guy....he thought he was the next Scott Hamilton.....except he forgot that he was on a little portable ice skating rink. Ben and I decided that this guy (along w/ another twinkle toes guy) probably got season passes to this rink:-) Note the nice shirt he's wearing!

we never went skating at that rink the 2-3 years we lived in pentagon city!
