We love hand-me-downs around here....which is good b/c Naomi will be getting a lot from Rachel. But, we have this one family who keeps our girls well dressed. Rachel has many favorites from this family, and this hat is no exception. For a while, she wanted to wear it around the house. It went nicely w/ her Fancy Nancy dress that she likes to wear (while dancing to Faith Hill's version of Joy to the World).
